I have been a client of Poonam’s for nearly 15 years, before she started her own business. She is so friendly, kind and professional. No one threads my eyebrows like she does! I live overseas but make it a priority to see her for threading on my trips back to VA. My sisters and I are all fans of a Cloud 9 Spa and cannot recommend highly enough!

This is my go to place for a mini facial and waxing. Poonam is great! My face always feels great after an appointment with her. Very relaxing environment and I always enjoy catching up with her about life and kids. I made an appointment for my daughter the day before prom and she really enjoyed being pampered. I highly suggest this business!
I have been going here for many years. I have also had facials at many different places in the area. This is the Best!! The facials are wonderful and they come with a neck and shoulder massage. Even my husband has had a facial with Poonam and he said ” it was wonderful!” I highly recommend Cloud 9 for the facials. I also get the foot and hand treatments!!
