Products:

  • All products sold may be exchanged for equal or lesser value, and or spa credit within 10 days of date of purchase.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions:

  • All sales are final.
  • Expire a year after the date of purchase.
  • Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
  • Can only be used on Products and Services

Other:

  • The spa environment is designed for relaxation. We request that clients turn off their cell phones during their visit so that they and others can relax and enjoy.
  • We request that cleints do not bring their children when they are receiving services unless the child is in service also. For their safety, children are not allowed to accompany clients into the treatment rooms.
  • Cloud 9 Spa is not responsible for any loss or damages of personal articles, including clothing and accessories.

COVID-19 Update

We want to thank you for being a valued customer and for your patience. We are happy to announce that the Spa will be open starting June 21st! Our business hours will be limited to Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays from 10:30AM - 6:00PM EST. You can book an appointment using the following link: Book Appointment.

Your peace of mind is of utmost importance to us. We have put in place new policies for the safety of customers and employees.

As we are aiming to reduce as much risk as possible, we require that all customers be vaccinated and provide some form of proof (COVID vaccination card) during their visit.
