Policies

Appointments:

• Online appoints only. No walk-ins accepted.
• We suggest making a reservation at least one weeks in advance. To cancel your appointment, please call in 24 hours in advance for single service and 48 hours in advance for multiple services and or packages. We reserve the right to charge a 20% cancellation fees if the appointment is not canceled 24 hours in advance.
• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure your service is received in its entirety.

Gift Card Terms and Conditions:

• All sales are final.
• Expire a year after the date of purchase.
• Cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
• Can only be used on Products and Services

Other:

• The spa environment is designed for relaxation. We request that clients turn off their cell phones during their visit so that they and others can relax and enjoy.
• We request that clients do not bring their children when they are receiving services unless the child is in service also. For their safety, children are not allowed to accompany clients into the treatment rooms.
• Cloud 9 Spa is not responsible for any loss or damages of personal articles, including clothing and accessories.
